We ship from our registered nursery Monday's though Wednesday'sÂ
Feel free to add a note to your order if you prefer a specific day.
Orders placed after Sunday at 12am EST will be sent out the following shipment week.

If you're experiencing colder weather, please consider adding a heat pack to your order to keep the new additions safe during their trip home . 
We are not liable for any weather damages during transit
Buying live plants is a risk, especially in colder weather.
Loss of a leaf or yellowing can occur after shipment.
We pack with lots of love and care.
We secure each plant to the box to protect them from tossing or throwing, while also keeping them snug and secure with polyfil.
Please understand that once the plant leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues, damages or delays, caused by shipping agency.
If something does happen in transit please contact us immediately with photos and videos so we can address the issue and see how we can get you growing again.
